•  APEC economies may issue cards with a maximum validity of five years.

Eligibility Requirements

•  You must be a Malaysian citizen
•  You must hold a valid Malaysian sports card for more than three years
•  You should hold the highest or second highest position in the company
•  You should have a valid reason to apply to ABTC, after travelling frequent business to APEC countries
•  You should get support from regulatory agencies related to the business area you
•  You must fill in the application form and provide the necessary documents, such as copy of passport, identity card passport size photograph, application letter from company, letter of support from the regulatory agency, and a power of attorney if you cannot attend in person
•  You must pay a fee of RM100.00 via e-Payment (debit/credit card) for each card issuance
